Our Commitment to Quality
Some of our products undergo independent third-party laboratory testing prior to dispatch. Where available, Certificates of Analysis (CoA) from Janoshik Analytical are published on our Test Reports page.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, laboratory-grade research chemicals, all sales are final, except in cases of verified purity disputes. A refund may be considered only if the following conditions are met:
- Independent laboratory verification, You must provide a Certificate of Analysis from an accredited third-party laboratory (equivalent standard to Janoshik Analytical or higher) demonstrating that the product’s purity is materially lower than the specification stated at the time of purchase.
- Same batch, The test must be conducted on product from the same batch as your order (verifiable by lot number).
- Unopened or minimally used product, A refund will only apply to unused or minimally used portions of the product.
- Submitted within 30 days, The purity dispute and supporting documentation must be submitted within 30 days of your order delivery date.
How to Submit a Purity Dispute
Email us at nyxpeptides@gmail.com with the subject line: Purity Dispute – Order #[Your Order Number]
Include:
- Your order number
- The product name and batch/lot number
- A PDF or link to the third-party lab report
- A brief description of the discrepancy
We will review your submission within 5 business days and respond with our decision.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Non-Eligible Claims
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- Change of mind or ordering error
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Results of in vivo use (these products are strictly for research purposes only)
- Claims without supporting third-party laboratory documentation
